In January of 2009, a great man, an inspirational leader, and a dear friend to many, left this world for a better place. For over 15 years, Ross Fletcher, President and founder of Hemlocks Landscaping, pursued a dream to build a landscape company that was focused on customer service, employee satisfaction, community service and most importantly "Quality Without Compromise". His passion and dedication to create a challenging environment for his people to grow and succeed both personally and professionally superseded the average business owner's goals of producing profit. His influence touched many, not only in our organization but everyone that he came in contact with. He will certainly be remembered for an eternity.
His legacy lives on as all employees of Hemlocks follow the standards, values, and dedication that he believed in so dearly. In May of 2009, Jason Satterfield took a personal oath to continue Ross' dream of building an exceptional business structured around exceeding customers' expectations, serving our community and providing our employees with the very best opportunity in our industry. With a great history to build on and a relentless voice from the past, we strive forward as Hemlocks Landscape Management, Inc. Although our name has changed slightly our focus has not. We are as strong as ever, thanks to our clients' commitment and a strong foundation established by Ross.
